Make The Beaches Clean Again!

Looking to volonteer but not quite sure where to start? Then this might be the perfect event for you! The Non Profit Organization Umi to Sora (うみとそら Sea and Sky) has launched several beach cleaning activities focused on having fun. The goal is simple: keep the sea of Miyagi Prefecture beautiful while creating and deepenening the relationships between the people who have given to the cause. Make new memories during the event by trying your hand at paddleboarding and/or the fun Finnish throwing game Mölkky. Of course, food will also be available! No reservation is required, so come take an hour out of your day and have fun cleaning up the third oldest swimming beach in Japan. Let's make Shobutahama Public Beach a more memorable and enjoyable place for all!
