Japan's Largest Yoga Festa comes to Sendai this month! Attracting over 50,000 yogis from all over Japan each year, this year's Yoga Week is held over a two week period at online and offline 'satelite venues'. In this huge event, yogis from all over Japan come together to center their minds, bodies, and soul through yoga on the same day, at the same time! Yoga Fest returns to the root of the word "yoga," which means to connect.
Get connected with other yogi's in Sendai, the only city in Tohoku to host this event!

・6:00–7:00 with Byon — Feel the Energy of Nature and Get Dynamic During the Quiet Morning
・10:30–11:30 with Yuuka — Fun Outdoor Yoga
・11:45–12:45 with Sanae Owada — Gentle Yoga to Improve Your Hips, Joints, and Shoulder Blades
・13:45–14:45 with Kaoru Gayatari — Regain Flexibility of Your Mind and Body
Entry Fee: 1000 yen per class, 300 yen for mat rental
Bring Your Own: Yoga Mat, Towel, Water, Comfortable Workout Clothing
